We’re a husband and wife real estate team in Canton, Georgia. We live here, help people buy and sell across Cherokee County, and give you the real number on price.
Ashley and I are big golf fans, and Tin Cup is one of our favorite movies, so the name fit. We wanted a brand, not just our names on a sign. We think of ourselves as your real estate caddie: you could play the course on your own, but with someone reading the greens next to you, you get where you want to go.

Before real estate, Gabe built websites and software for marketing agencies, so research and problem solving are where he does his best work. He runs contracts and pricing, and he head coaches a 9/10 baseball team.

Ashley runs marketing and staging and keeps clients in the loop from the first showing to closing day. Sellers tend to remember her staging help and how often she checks in.
